Not great
Timer doesnt notify you every 20 s. and lady talking is annoying with encouragement. Very limited activities selection. I expected way more options. Very basic.
Ill give it a 5 when I see the following...
I just downloaded this app and cant wait to use it! The 2 things I think that would make it a lot better... 1. Have the app continue to countdown, even when you screen turns off. Currently it pauses the app, until you do the slide to unlock. 2. Video demonstrations of all the moves. Havent it written out is good and so are pictures, but videos are even better demonstrations (at least in my book). Looking forward to utilizing this app now and in the future!
Good but needs fixed
I love this app! But the warm up video doesnt load for me and the second exercise is a repeat recording of the first exercise. Needs pictures and videos to correctly explain how to do the exercises.
Ok but...
I was looking for a timer and work out suggestions. From the description I thought maybe you could program a work out using the exercises in the app but you cant. The timer is ok but the icon that tells you high/low intensity is pink for low and red for high... Too hard to tell the difference when you are sucking air and seeing stars! Also I wish there were audio prompts.
Stupid
Stupid app! No videos and the timer does not have any alerts to work out and rest. Waste of money
